7.12.10- 8.09.10   Urban Trail Series
Explore, Discover, and Enjoy the urban trails of portland

Explore - This 3 week series will take place on Monday evenings in the beautiful Forrest Park. We will explore a new trail each week and all trails are marked with arrows so you won’t get lost. This is a “go at your own pace” event so walk it, hike it, or jog it... dogs and kids are always welcome. The cost is free, just show up and have a good time.

Discover - If your anything like most people, you find one trail that you feel comfortable with and you run it over and over again. Time to mix it up and learn some new trails or revisit some old classics. Forrest Park can be intimidating with all the different routes but leave the map work and details to us and come change up your workout routine.

Enjoy - Try something new, meet new friends, mix up your workout routine and step off the treadmill..Start your week off right and stop making excuses. Besides, we usually grab some beers and grub at North 45 afterwards so come join us...We meet at 6:30pm and go at your own pace. If your running a little late don’t worry about it, the trail is marked.
